Writing the Door Open

Writing Workshops That Create a Safe Space to Release

Writing the Door Open uses writing as a means of inner healing and art therapy to emphasize the power of voice and story. The program may also incorporate other forms of creative arts and expression to help participants engage with the theme/topics.

Writing workshops are uniquely created for each organization based on need and vision. These workshops can be held as 1-hour, 2-4-hour, half-day, or all-day sessions; they can also be scheduled as a series. Organizations who have participated in writing workshops include Operation New Hope in Jacksonville, FL and Greater Life Resource Center in Greenville, FL.

Trainings can also be developed and scheduled, so you can implement this writing workshop design into your own program or curriculum. Workshops and trainings can be facilitated in-person or virtually.

The Writing the Door Open vision is being expanded to offer more services soon. Stay tuned for updates!
